DELIVERY FAQ

1. Where do you deliver?

We deliver to mainland France, Europe, and overseas territories. Rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

2. What are the delivery times?

Orders are shipped within 24 hours(business days). Delivery times are then as follows:

• Metropolitan France:2 to 3 working days.
• Overseas:7 to 10 working days.
• Europe:3 to 6 working days, depending on the country.

However, variations are possible depending on the delivery method chosen.

4. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You will then be able to follow the progress of your package on the La Poste website.

5. What should I do if my order does not arrive?

If your package has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact.anameiya@gmail.comand include your order number. We will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.

6. Is it possible to return an item?

Yes, you have 14 daysfrom the date of receipt of your order to return an item to us. Jewelry must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For more details, see our return policy.
